We advise all customers to select and choose their product ( including size and colour ) carefully before buying, as an order to purchase creates a contract between the buyer and seller. It is absolutely possible to exchange or return faulty product with no problem. For faulty products, the bike stores offer a 14 day replacement warranty from the date you brought the product. If your product can be replaced, it will be replaced with the same or similar product. If a product can not be replaced, you will be offered the option of a replacement product of the same value, or be provided with a refund to the total value of the product. if you return a product that is of the wrong size or colour and we determine that it has been used since its initial purchase, no exchange, return or refund will be granted.
Any faulty product can and should be returned to the place of purchase, with a proof of purchase from the said store. Replacements or faulty products will be replaced within 7 days depending on product stock availability. All manufactures warranties are passed to the customer upon purchase.
We are unable to offer a guarantee on product refunds for change of mind. we will however always endeavour to do our best to achieve the best and most desired outcome for our customer and store.
